No qualified leads does not necessarily mean the campaign is broken. A prospect can be discovered but still need identity checks, qualification, or contact verification. Qualified also does not mean an introduction has been sent.
1. Check whether the campaign is running
Open Campaigns and inspect the selected campaign’s status. A saved draft is stopped. Paused, blocked, and research-only states behave differently from active outreach. Complete setup and Pro access before choosing Start agent. Only one campaign can run at a time per workspace.
2. Read discovery progress
Look at candidates checked or queued, qualified, rejected, and pending identity or qualification. These counts distinguish an empty search from candidates that fail evaluation. Check the next step or error shown by the app rather than starting duplicate campaigns.
A provider budget can limit discovery. Reserved provider amounts shown in processing history are not invoices or a promise of additional usage. If the app reports a provider or budget block, contact support for the current allowance and next step. Fareof’s workflow provider costs are included in Pro; a budget block is not a request to pay a separate provider.
3. Check offer and audience fit
Confirm your offering, buyer roles, service area, and exclusions. Very narrow combinations can produce few relevant requests. Change one constraint at a time and keep the audience commercially useful.
For Intent-based campaigns, inspect whether source posts request a solution or simply advertise one. An SEO seller’s promotion is not an SEO buyer request. An employee-only vacancy is not automatically an outsourcing opportunity. Recent relevant demand may simply be absent.
4. Inspect held contacts and uncertain matches
Open a lead and read its evidence and reason. When the app offers contact review, enter the correct work contact and confirm the details before asking AI to review again. Saving contact information does not guarantee qualification. Reject unsuitable leads rather than forcing an unrelated contact into the workflow.
5. Separate qualification from sending
If qualified leads exist but outreach has not progressed, check contact readiness, drafts, sending limits, and any review requirement. LinkedIn actions need Chrome running, the companion resumed, and the computer awake. Dependent email steps wait for their LinkedIn prerequisites.
