fareof + Outlook

Most sequencers send from shared infrastructure. fareof sends from your Outlook mailbox — your domain, your sending reputation, your inbox. Triple-verified contacts go straight into sequences that actually land in primary inboxes, and replies come back to you directly.

Deliverability

Your mailbox. Your reputation.

Shared sequencer infrastructure means sharing an IP pool and a sending domain with thousands of other companies. When one sender gets flagged, everyone pays the deliverability cost. fareof routes outbound sequences through the Microsoft Graph API directly from your connected Microsoft 365 mailbox — so your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are the ones doing the authenticating, not someone else's.

Combined with fareof's triple email verification on every contact, hard bounces drop to near zero. Fewer bounces mean a healthier sender score. A healthier sender score means more emails landing where they should: the primary inbox.

Sends via Microsoft Graph API

No SMTP relay, no shared sending infrastructure. The email originates from your Microsoft 365 account directly.

Respects your SPF / DKIM / DMARC

Your domain authentication records govern every send. fareof never overrides or spoofs your email headers.

Daily send limits enforced

fareof enforces per-mailbox daily send caps to protect your reputation and stay within Microsoft Graph throttling limits.

Verified contacts only

Every email address fareof sends to has been triple-verified. Hard bounces that hurt deliverability do not happen.

Setup

Three steps, under five minutes.

Microsoft OAuth, pick your sending mailbox, launch your first sequence. IT admins can pre-approve for org-wide rollout.

  1. Connect your Microsoft 365 account

Go to Workspace → Integrations and click Outlook / Microsoft 365. Authorize via Microsoft OAuth — fareof requests Mail.Send and Contacts.ReadWrite scope only. Your IT admin can pre-approve the app in Azure AD for org-wide rollout.

  2. Choose your sending mailbox

Select which connected mailbox sends each sequence. You can connect multiple Microsoft 365 accounts — one per rep, or a shared sending alias — and route sequences to the right sender per campaign.

  3. Launch sequences from fareof

Build your sequence in fareof, pick verified contacts from a Lead List, and click 'Send via Outlook'. Emails go out from your real mailbox, with your domain, your signature, and your sending reputation intact.

FAQ

Outlook integration FAQ

Why does sending from my own Outlook mailbox matter?+

Emails sent from your personal or company domain land in primary inboxes more reliably than emails sent through shared sequencer infrastructure. Recipients see your real address, reply rates go up, and you are not sharing an IP pool with thousands of other senders.

Does fareof support Microsoft 365 and legacy Outlook (Exchange on-prem)?+

fareof connects to Microsoft 365 accounts via the Microsoft Graph API. Legacy on-premises Exchange is not currently supported. If your organization uses a hybrid setup, the Microsoft 365 mailboxes in that hybrid deployment will work.

What Microsoft 365 plans are compatible?+

Any Microsoft 365 plan that includes an Exchange Online mailbox — Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium, E1, E3, E5, and equivalent education or government plans.

Does my IT admin need to approve the fareof app?+

For personal Microsoft accounts, you authorize directly. For organization accounts with admin consent policies enabled, your IT or Azure AD admin must approve the fareof app once. After that, all team members can connect without individual admin approval.

Can I connect multiple Outlook accounts — one per rep?+

Yes. Connect as many Microsoft 365 accounts as you have reps, each authorized independently. When building a sequence, assign the sender account per campaign or per step.

Do replies come back into fareof or into Outlook?+

Replies land in the connected Outlook mailbox directly — your rep sees them in their normal inbox. fareof tracks open and reply events via tracking pixels and webhook callbacks without intercepting the reply itself.

Does fareof sync contacts to Microsoft 365 People?+

Yes. On any Lead List you can push contacts to Microsoft 365 People (formerly Outlook Contacts) with full firmographic data mapped to standard and custom contact fields. Deduplication runs by email address.

How does this affect my domain reputation?+

fareof enforces daily send limits per mailbox, respects your SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration, and only sends to verified email addresses — reducing hard bounces that damage domain reputation. You stay in control of your sending volume.
