What you get

Three things every cadence tool should do.

And one of them — reply detection — most still ship as a paid add-on. Not here.

Multi-step cadences

Schedule day-2, day-5, day-14 follow-ups with conditional branching on opens, clicks, or replies. Stop guessing the right cadence — copy a proven template and tune it per campaign.

Reply detection

IMAP listener watches every connected mailbox and auto-pauses the sequence the moment a prospect replies. No more sending follow-up #3 to someone who already said yes.

Mailbox safety

Daily and hourly send caps plus built-in warm-up keep deliverability above 95%. Per-mailbox throttling means you can run ten cadences without burning a single inbox.

How it works

From zero to first reply in four steps.

  1. 01

    Build a list of leads

Use AI prompt search to describe your buyer in English, or import a CSV. Triple-verified emails are ready to send.

    Open Lists →
  2. 02

    Connect a mailbox

Gmail or Outlook OAuth in two clicks, or wire up SMTP / IMAP for any custom domain. Free plan ships with 1 mailbox.

    Mailbox setup →
  3. 03

Draft your first email + follow-ups

Open the sequence editor, write step 1, add wait-then-email steps for day 2, 5, 14. Use {{firstName}} and {{company}} merge tags for personalization.

    Create sequence →
  4. 04

Hit Start — Fareof handles the rest

We respect send windows, throttle per mailbox, retry on transient SMTP errors, and pause the moment a prospect replies. Watch the analytics tab fill in.

Inside the editor

Every detail outbound teams asked for.

We built Sequences alongside ten outbound founders. Every feature in this list shipped because someone said “I can't live without it”.

  • Conditional steps

Branch on opened, replied, or clicked. Skip step 3 if they already opened step 1.

  • Merge tags

{{firstName}}, {{company}}, {{customField}} — preview against any contact before sending.

  • Send windows

Configure timezone, weekday-only, and start/end hour per sequence.

  • Auto-pause on bounce

Hard bounces auto-pause the contact and surface the address for re-verification.

  • Per-step analytics

Sent / delivered / opened / clicked / replied / bounced — drill into every step.

  • Preview before send

Render the final email against a real contact row before you hit Start.

Real teams, real reply rates.

We replaced Apollo and ZoomInfo on the same day. The AI prompt is the only filter form I'll ever need again.

Triple verification kept our sender reputation intact through a 200k-email launch. Bounces stayed under 0.8%.

Lists by sentence. I don't think I've opened a 17-filter form once this quarter, and our reply rate is up 1.4x.

FAQ

Sequences, answered.

How does reply detection work?+

We connect to your mailbox over IMAP and poll every 5 minutes. When a prospect on an active sequence replies, we auto-pause their enrollment so the next follow-up never sends. The lead status updates to "replied" and you get a notification.

What happens if I exceed my daily send cap?+

Sends are queued automatically and resume the next day at your configured send-window start hour. You can raise the cap per-mailbox under /app/mailboxes/:id/settings. Free plan default is 50/day; Pro is unlimited (subject to your provider's policies).

Can I run multiple sequences from the same mailbox?+

Yes. The hourly throttle is enforced at the mailbox level, so two sequences sharing one inbox cap out at the same total send rate. We recommend connecting one mailbox per major persona to maximize daily throughput.

Does this work for cold outreach?+

Yes — Fareof is purpose-built for outbound. We do not generate spam content for you, but the cadence engine, mailbox warm-up, and reply detection are designed for cold prospect cadences. Bring-your-own copy.

What about unsubscribes?+

Every step renders a one-click unsubscribe link by default (per CAN-SPAM / GDPR requirements). Anyone who clicks unsubscribes is removed from all current and future sequences automatically.

Can I A/B test subject lines or steps?+

A/B testing for subject lines and step copy is on the roadmap (Q3 2026). Today you can clone a sequence, tweak step 1, and run two cadences side-by-side against split-list segments — same outcome with manual setup.

Replies, not bounces.
