  1. Connect Pipedrive via OAuth

    Go to Workspace → Integrations, click Pipedrive, and authorize with your Pipedrive account. Read and write scope is limited to Persons, Organizations, and Deals — nothing else.

  2. Map your fields once

    Match fareof firmographics (industry, employee count, funding stage, revenue range) to your Pipedrive custom fields and pipeline stage defaults. The mapping saves per workspace — configure once, use across every list.

  3. Push any list to your pipeline

    Open any Lead List, click 'Push to Pipedrive', and choose insert or upsert behavior. Contacts become Persons, companies become Organizations, and optionally a linked Deal is created in your chosen pipeline.

Pipedrive integration FAQ

Which Pipedrive plans does this work with?+

All Pipedrive plans — Essential, Advanced, Professional, Power, and Enterprise. Custom field mapping requires that your Pipedrive plan supports custom fields (Advanced and above).

Does fareof create Deals automatically, or just Persons?+

By default fareof creates a Person and links it to an Organization. Deal creation is optional — toggle it on in the field mapping screen and choose the target pipeline and stage.

How does deduplication work?+

fareof checks existing Persons by email address before inserting. On a match, it updates the record instead of creating a duplicate. The same logic applies to Organizations matched by domain.

Can I route leads to different owners based on territory?+

Yes. On Growth and Scale plans you can define routing rules by country, industry, or company size. Leads are assigned to the matching Pipedrive user automatically.

What data does fareof push to Pipedrive?+

First name, last name, job title, work email, direct phone (when available), LinkedIn URL, company name, company domain, industry, employee count, funding stage, city, and country. All mapped to your field schema.

Is my Pipedrive data safe?+

fareof only requests the minimum OAuth scopes required: read/write for Persons, Organizations, and Deals. It never reads contacts you have not explicitly pushed from a fareof list.

Can I use this alongside the Pipedrive Zapier integration?+

Yes — they operate independently. Use the native fareof sync for bulk list pushes and Zapier for event-driven automations that originate inside Pipedrive.

What happens if Pipedrive's API is down during a push?+

fareof queues the push and retries automatically with exponential back-off. You receive an in-app notification when the sync completes or fails permanently.
